About the YLC
The Young Leadership Council (YLC) was formed in May 2010 as part of Arrowhead United Way. The Young Leadership Council consists of young professionals between the ages of 21-40. This council is actively engaged in the community and inspires philanthropy and volunteerism.
Our Mission
The mission of Arrowhead United Way’s Young Leadership Council is to be actively engaged in the community and inspire philanthropy and volunteerism by collaboratively partnering with the next generation of decision-makers in a unique blend of service, education, and social and networking activities throughout the year.
