How Others LIVE UNITED

Passionate for being a youth advocate, Margaret Hill has dedicated her life to helping students succeed in school by giving them hope, opportunities and reasons to become good citizens.

Her connection to the community’s youth comes naturally for Margaret. Professionally, she is the Assistant Superintendent for San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools. Personally, she is a dedicated volunteer who provides support to youth entering college and has been an Arrowhead United Way contributor and community volunteer for more than 20 years. Margaret is an enthusiastic fan of United Way’s funding of after school and homeless tutoring programs that give all youth an opportunity to achieve success in school regardless of their family’s socioeconomic status.

In the true spirit of giving back, Margaret said, "I only made it this far by standing on the shoulders of those who believed in me. I share because others made a difference in my life."

Helping youth realize their full potential and growing into healthy, productive adults is how Margaret Hill lives united.
